Pumasource has the capability to scan up to 50,000 documents a day ranging from A8-A0 in size. We use the latest Kodak and Bell & Howell scanners with OCR software for all types of forms.

This service can also be used for the data capture of barcodes from gone-aways, returned mail, vouchers and coupons. We also offer online hosting for your scanned documents via our secure client area.

If you are using our Data Capture service to turn your handwritten documents into an electronic format, we offer free scanned images on all your projects. Online secured hosting of your scanned documents is available for all projects.

We can also check any query or apparent discrepancy in the supplied data file with the original scanned document at any stage of the campaign or up to six months afterwards*.
