High Street supermarket outsources data capture and data entry for all its Home Delivery forms and Customer Coupons to Pumasource.
Head of new business at Pumasource Mark Wilson said “Pumasource was selected out of 5 data capture companies to potentially capture up to 2 million units per year. Not only were we able to provide the most cost effective data capture service, our flexibility to adjust during the influx of seasonal promotions for the high street supermarket and keep to the same turnaround time as low periods was the clincher”.
