Mohitt Joshi - Director
One of the three founders of Pumasource, Mohitt has worked within the outsourcing sector for the last five years. He was originally head of Client Services at Net Resource International before Co-founding Pumasource with two of the other directors. Mohitt’s client service experience has led him to handle business to business accounts worth £40 million in the last year 5 years.

Josh Manu - Director
Manu is one of the founders, he comes from a technical IT background where he was IT Director at Cossette Communications UK. He was also the technical lead at an Outsourcing for Europe Event headed up by Deloitte & Touche. Manu’s technical business experience within the data and IT market has lead him to spearhead Pumasource’s entry into the UK data market.

Brian Tatham - Director
He began his commercial business career within fashion and design industry. He managed his own retail outlets, as well selling his own clothing range Into high street concessions under the name of Free Associates. He then worked as Marketing Sales Advisor for Dun & Bradstreet and then as a Sales Advisor for a major mailing and logistics company. He then attained a senior position as the manager of the Business to Business data archiving division of Sterling Group PLC. Before going on to Co-found Pumasource Ltd.

Dipin Joshi – Director of Offshore Operations
Dipin controls overall management for Pumasource’s Offshore Data Centre. Originally he worked for E-Funds as head of American Express processing in India before joining the Pumasource management team in 2005. Dipin brings vast management experience along with data processing knowledge to European standards.

Rupak Vasishta – Finance Director
After obtaining an MSc in Finance and Financial Law, Rupak has been vital in Pumasource’s transition into a leading UK data processing company. His immense academic knowledge combined with practical skills has setup a coherent and structured finance department. Rupak previously worked in the finance department of Foodworld Ltd where he progressed to a managerial position.

Mark Wilson – Head of New Business
Mark Wilson has been in Business Development through his entire working carrier. He primarily started working within the Communications Sector on Campaigns for BPS and Telegen Ltd, until he was head hunted to work as a Regional Manager for Zenith. After taking his region as far as possible, he needed a new challenge and thus joined Pumasource as the Head of New Business in 2006.
