Client – SNP – Scottish National Party

The Campaign
The Scottish National Party wanted to survey their member base to profile and identify key trends and views. They compiled a 24 page questionnaire of 64 multiple choice questions and 3 free text questions. 20,000 went to print and distributed with a response of just over 7,000.

The Objective
To manage and accurately capture 7,000 Questionnaires in under 4 weeks. While maintaining a daily log of incoming units, batch, scan and capture in chronological order. Return all questionnaires on a daily basis and provide a database of responses at the end of the campaign. Finally, all hardcopy questionnaires were securely destroyed with Certification.

The Solution

Double key entry for the entire questionnaire to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

Flexibility to scale up or down according to volumes.
The Result:

SNP confirmed a total saving of over 35% compared with competitive onshore based Capture Companies. Pumasource also completed the work well within the given timeframe allowing more preparation for the Parties campaign in relation to the questionnaire results.
